King Stag (NOV ‘19) - Antlers and Dummy
A last minute addition to the props list required a pair of antlers to be built and secured to a cloth dummy to be carried around during the show.
The dummy was a longer project which was purchased, had rubber hands attached, and was sewn into its boots and clothes.
King Stag (NOV ‘19) - BUST
During King Stag the King takes the bust [which was played by an actor only moments before] and throws it on the ground shattering it.
First we made a mold of a styrofoam head and then using a frankenstein mask, both made busts that were too heavy. Finally we took a styrofoam head, cut it into pieces, plastered each side of each piece so it wouldn’t dent or bounce and taped it loosely back together
